He was predeceased by: his parents, George LeRoy and Eleanor LeRoy; his brother George LeRoy; and his wife Joyce LeRoy. He is survived by: his children, Karen Elken (Marc) and Michael Handzel (Michele) of Renton, Washington.; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Elken and Max.
