He is survived by : his wife Keshia S. Hagan; his daughters, Aubrie A. and Ashlyn J. Hagan; his parents, Daniel Hagan and Judith Hagan; and his siblings, Josh Hagan (Katie), Danielle Osborne (Adam), Brianna Horton (Spencer) and Mackenzie Clark (Timothy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Foster Funeral Home (910 Fay St, Fulton, NY 13069). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (13 Co Rte 85, Fulton, NY 13069). A burial was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at the Peck Cemetery (3708 County Rte 4, Oswego, NY 13126).
