Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint David leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth M. Webber, and Albert G. Webber, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Lee Webber of Fulton; his daughter Kimberly Timms (Johnathan) of Guyton, GA; his stepsons, Jeffrey Bleau (Janet) of Lowville, Brian Bleau of Baldwinsville and Michael Bleau (Alyssa) of Wilmington, NC; and his siblings, Albert Webber of Fulton and Susan DeMar (Webber) of Virginia. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the All Saints Episcopal Church (153 W 1st St S, Fulton, NY 13069).
