He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Loomis and Donna Loomis (Albee); and his sister Barbara Brown. He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Loomis of Fulton and Josh Loomis of Binghamton; his grandchildren, Amerah Loomis, Jessikah Loomis and William Stanton; and his siblings, Lyle Loomis (Kathy) of Fulton, Caroline Loomis of Fulton, Clarence Loomis of Phoenix, Susan Relyea (Walter) of Phoenix and Leroy Loomis (Bessie) of Fulton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
