He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Diak and Rose Diak; and his brother Dennis Diak. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Braymiller (David); his grandchildren, Ceara, David and Devin; his cousin Ray; his sister-in-law Patty Bateman; and his close friend Jessica.
