He is survived by: his wife Cindy Clark McCormick; his children, Carrie McCormick, Christopher McCormick and Jason McCormick (Beth); his stepchildren, Shannon Clew and Joshua Smith (Mary); his grandchildren, Noah Riley, Benny Smith, Dylan, Kelcie, Mathew of Ty, AJ, Carlyann, Austin McCormick, Montana Smith, Nathen Smith, Abigail Lunderman and Hayden Smith; Mary Katherine. He is also survived by his great grandchildren.
