She is survived by: her children, Brenda DuBois (Tom) and Howard Phillips, Jr. (Jeri); her grandchildren, Tom DuBois (Kim), Scott DuBois (Kristin), Alissa Baxter (Tom), Shane Phillips (Khristie), Jeremy Phillips (Kat) and Kelly Phillips; her great grandchildren, Landon DuBois (Amber), Garret DuBois (Summer), Riley Baxter, Camden Baxter, Kendall Dehond, Amanda Blake, Colin Blake, Haylee Rivera, Nathan Rivera, Erin Phillips, Tyler Phillips, Emmalynn Phillips, Xavier Phillips and Tommy Puffer; her great great grandchildren, Corban DuBois, Aspen DuBois, Laila DuBois and Lincoln Allen; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Murphy and Larry Phillips, Sr..
