He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Loomis of Fulton; his children, Julie Loomis of Victor and Jeremy Loomis of Fulton; his grandchildren, Austin Loomis, Zackery Woodruff and Kate Fiore (Mason); his great grandchildren, Serenity and Onyx Fiore; his siblings, Rhonda Cronk (Dan Philbeam) of Hannibal, Gordon Haskins of Oswego and Leonard Merritt (Barb); and his pet Brooke.
