He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hall and Janice Hall (Stoughtenger). He is survived by: his wife Tammie Hall (Brown); his children, Jeffrey Hall (Jennifer Clark) and Casey Thomas (Jason); his grandchildren, Troy Hall, Natasha Carpenter and Olivia Gonzalez; and his mother-in-law Henrietta Brown. He is also survived by six sisters in law and one brother in law, along with several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Foster Funeral Home (910 Fay St, Fulton, NY 13069). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
