We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2025, at the age of 83, Jo Ann K. Evans of Fulton, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Jo Ann farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jo Ann is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Barnard and Elizabeth Barnard (Brennan); her husband Bob; and her sister Sally. She is survived by: her nephew Todd Naramore (Marion); and her brother Kenneth W. Barnard III. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
