He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Penniman and Phyllis Penniman; his sisters, Sharon Elmy and Leota Carlisle; his grandson Tyler Penniman; and his pet Sofee.
He is survived by: his wife Mary A. Penniman; and his grandchildren, Ryan Penniman (Natalie), Lindsey Henderson (Sam), Stephanie Fairbanks and Joe Fairbanks (Kara). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Foster Funeral Home (910 Fay St, Fulton, NY 13069). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Phoenix Rural Cemetery (126 Chestnut St, Phoenix, NY 13135).
