She is survived by: her children, Terry, Jamie DeLong (Debra), Diane Bonoffski (Robert), Cathy Blasczienski (Mike) and Cindy Warner (Scott); and her siblings, Janet Carvey, Ruth, Barbara Falanga (Peter) and Robert Green. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
