Vasquez, Germain of Oswego, Dionicia Vasquez of Oswego and Jorge Vasquez of Syracuse; and her siblings, Nicole Germain of Oswego, Yvette Cuyler of Oswego and Lance Germain of Phoenix. She was also cherished by six loving grandchildren.
