She was predeceased by: her sister Marilyn Faircloth of Worthington, Ohio.. She is survived by: her husband John Haney; her daughter Susan Haney; her grandchildren, Paige and Evan Fisher; her daughter Joanna Haas (Haney); her grandchildren, Ellen, Brynita, Gwenna and Ethan Haas; and her brothers, Don Ellsworth of Springfield and Richard Ellsworth of Cincinnati. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
