She was predeceased by: her parents, John Garrison and Margaret Garrison (Brough); her husband Stephen Polacek; her children, Barbara King (Kastler) and Stephen Polacek IV; and her grandson Jeremiah Edward Kastler.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Loforte (Robert), Deborah Firenze (Rodney Will) and Ronald Kastler (Elizabeth "Gidget"); her son-in-law Kevin King; and her brother William Garrison (Sally). She is also survived by 35 grandchildren/great-grandchildren/great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
