He was predeceased by: his mother Laureta LoCastro; and his sisters, Muriel Devaney and Santa Tindall. He is survived by: his children, Michael LoCastro (Tara), Krista LoCastro, Paige Masters (Nate) and Jackie LoCastro; his grandchildren, Jared, Isabella, Ethan, Noah, Penelope, Hayleigh, Patrick Diego and Daniel; his great grandchildren, Paisley and Tatum; his sisters, Caroline Tucker (Darryl) and Earleen Grosso; and his former wife Betty Noel. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (21 Flood Dr, Fulton, NY 13069). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 6:30 PM at 24 S 1st St, Fulton, NY 13069.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse, New York, where Jack received care during his final days.
