Phyllis J. Slade Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phyllis J. Slade of Fulton, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 20, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Phyllis shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Phyllis farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Slade; and her siblings, Stephen Wolniak and Dorothy Clare. She is survived by: her children, Michael Slade (Andrea) and Deborah Brotherton (Mark); and her grandson Jacob Brotherton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Phyllis' name may be made to Hospice of Central NY and the Fulton Public Library.
