She was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Howard and Ruth (Lange) Thompson, and Millie LaVeck; husband: Edward; children: Edward (Carol) McCarty, Jr., Linda (Kenny) Ouderkirk, Mark McCarty, Susan (Joseph) Warner, Kathy (David Mannise) Warner, and Ruthann (Tim) Searles; siblings: Beverly, Cindy, Jerry, Howard, Helen, Betty, Mary, and John; daughter: Debra Munger; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Foster Funeral Home (910 Fay St, Fulton, NY 13069). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at the Chase Cemetery (9482 Oswego Rd, Phoenix, NY 13135).
