We bid farewell to Sandra A. White of Fulton, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 3, 2025 at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bixler and Louise Bixler. She is survived by: her husband Frederick R. White, Jr.; her sons, Frederick R. White III (Martha) of Fulton and Joseph D. White of Fulton; and her grandsons, Trey, Frederick IV, Owen and Alexzander White.
