She was predeceased by: her parents, Sophie Maurer (Sroka) and John Maurer; her son John C. Phelps; and her brother Frank Maurer. She is survived by: her sons, Robert A. Rogers of Phoenix, NY, Dale S. Rogers of Oswego, NY and Edward J. Phelps of Fulton, NY. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
