With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Starr Noel Raymond of Fulton, New York, who passed away on January 30, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Crystal, Dixie, Sharon, Linda, Joseph, George and Noelle; and her grandson Ian.
She is survived by: her children, William Raymond of Colorado, Victoria Raymond of Oswego and Ryan Raymond (Tanya) of Oswego; her grandchildren, Kelley (Adam), Alissa (Walter), Reggie (Jennifer), Erica (Cameron), Jenn, Tyler and Dylan; and her great grandchildren, Lorenzo, Faith, Nikolas, Carson, Eli and Sophiya.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that friends and loved ones share a memory, photo, or prayer in her honor.
