He is survived by: his wife B. Pauline Rasbeck of Fulton; his children, William H. Rasbeck Jr. (Barbara) of Syracuse, NY, Karen Mae Brungard (Ralph) of Gouverneur, NY and Theodore Martin Rasbeck of Fulton, NY; his granddaughters, Megan Savage (Greg), Sarah Everett (Kyle) of Cicero, NY and Dawn Brungard of Tupper Lake, NY.; his great grandchildren, Andrew Savage, Carter Savage, Nathan Savage, Peyton Everett and Taylor Everett; and his sister Katrinka Rasbeck Howe (Garth). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to the First United Methodist Church, 1408 NY-176, Fulton, NY 13069.
