He is survived by: his children, Christopher Williams (Veronica) of Fulton, NY, Cynthia Ciesla (Walter) of Oswego, NY, Maria Johnson (David) of Oswego, NY, Eileen Richardson (Steven) of Phoenix, NY and Joseph Williams (Karen) of Watertown, NY. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
