He was predeceased by: his father Harvey Jett Sr. Jeremy. He is survived by: his mother Melinda Mehlenbacher; his son Jonathan Jett of Warsaw; his stepfather Robert Mehlenbacher of Gainesville; and his siblings, Harvey Jett Jr. (Monica) of Pavilion and Alicia Mehlenbacher (Lo) of Dansville.
