He is survived by: his wife Carol Barlow; his children, Jennifer Chandler (Earl), Carolyn Reifsteck (Ray) and Raymond Barlow Jr. (Chena Carlin); his grandchildren, Chelzie Speta (Scott), Zachary Chandler (Ashley), Elexius White, Kerstynn Reifsteck (Darnell Clay-May), Trenton Reifsteck, Carmen Barlow, Alecisa M. Barlow, Caitlyn Barlow, Brooklyn B, Ethan Wilson and Aaleigha Marshall; his great grandchildren, Kiel, Scott Jr., Zoey, Dominic, Annalynne, Calleigh, Adalynn, Raidyn and Maddison; his brother Tim Barlow (Charlotte); and his nephews, Shane and Travis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
