He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Jarvis and Grace Jarvis (Gonyea); his wife Marie L. Jarvis; his grandson Jayden Youmans; and his siblings, Harold Jarvis, Clarence Jarvis, Rena Mallory and Shirley McDougall.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Peltier (Steve) of Greenwich, Brenda Donah (Brian) of Wilton, William "Scotty" Loomis (Kimberley) of Gansevoort, Donna Jarvis (William "Mike" Huffer) of Salem, Karen Jarvis of Gansevoort, Tammy Moseman (Michael) of Greenfield Center, Lois Giroux of Glens Falls and Jeffrey Jarvis of Argyle; his grandchildren, Gregory Youmans, Jr., Mathew Youmans, Nicholas Youmans, Aimee Gibson, Kristen Donah, Buddy Jarvis, Mara Jarvis, Darius Abron, Zechariah Isom, Alexis Moseman, Erica Jarvis, Suzanne Moseman, Brandon Moseman, Andrew Harrington, Joshua Harrington, Amanda Harrington, Kellen Toma and Julia Wooley; his great grandchildren, Madilyn "Madi Girl", Grayson, Owen G., Emilia, Gavin, Owen J., Zoey, Walker, Ryder, Ashton, Adonis, Kennedy, Hayden, Dakota, Kenslee, Athena, Thomas, Palmer, Kadyn, Jordyn, Felix and Dexter; his sister Janice LaPan (Lester) of Hudson Falls; his brother-in-law James McDougall of Argyle; and his close friend Don Armstrong (Pat Morton). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carleton Funeral Home (68 Main St, Hudson Falls, NY 12839). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Gerald Bh Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871).
