She was predeceased by: her significant other Jerry Carter; and her pet Charlie. She is survived by: her parents, Pamela Carter (Keenan) and Allen Williams Jr.; her stepmother Marlene Williams; her brothers, Allen Williams III (Elizabeth) and Brandon Williams; her caregiver Shannon Fernett; and her stepsister Sarah Locke (William). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
