He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Graczyk and Catherine Graczyk (A'Hearn). He is survived by: his girlfriend Donna Bracchi; his daughter Kaleigh Petralia (Jason); his granddaughter Remi Grace of Greenfield Center; and his son Richard Graczyk. He is also survived by three loving puppies.
