He was predeceased by: his parents, William Weaver and Edna Weaver (Lesher); and his siblings, Charles, Oscar, Lloyd Weaver, Dolores Robinson, Charlotte Terwilliger and Josephine Stoneroad.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine J. Weaver (Tomlins); his children, Cheryl (Aaron Siebold) of Highland, NY and Chester P. Weaver, Jr.; his stepsons, Michael Hawks (Cathy) of Clintondale, NY and Alan Hawks of Chipley, FL; his brother Donald Weaver (Ethel) of Highland, NY; his grandchildren, John, Sonya Siebold, Calvin Hawks (Antonella) and Corrie Hawks; and his great grandchildren, Antonio and Rocco Hawks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
