He is survived by: his wife Kim Ann Baty of Montgomery, NY.; his children, Jennifer (John Scarano) and Frank James "Frankie K"; his granddaughters, Camryn Marleah and Makenzie Anna Scarano; his sister Kathryn Rubinstein; his sister-in-law Diane Kosteczko; his pets, Brooklyn and Lexi; Allen, Cher Baty, Roger, Terry Baty, Lee, Roxanna Baty, Donna Silker, Raymond, Anna Baty, Gigi Bauer, Di Ann, John Riker, Robin Kaufmann, Gerald Broas, Donald Broas, Rosie and John Scarano. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
