He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank N. Kosteczko and Elizabeth Kosteczko (Gillespie); and his brother Gary Kosteczko. He is survived by: his wife Kim Ann Baty of Montgomery, NY.; his children, Jennifer (John Scarano) and Frank James "Frankie K"; his granddaughters, Camryn Marleah and Makenzie Anna Scarano; his sister Kathryn Rubinstein; his sister-in-law Diane Kosteczko; his pets, Brooklyn and Lexi; and also, Allen, Cher Baty, Roger, Terry Baty, Lee, Roxanna Baty, Donna Silker, Raymond, Anna Baty, Gigi Bauer, Di Ann, John Riker, Robin Kaufmann, Gerald Broas, Donald Broas, Rosie and John Scarano. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Millspaugh-Ronk-Tighe/Wallkill Funeral Home (12 Bona Ventura Ave, Wallkill, NY 12589). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Wallkill Funeral Home (12 Bona Ventura Ave, Wallkill, NY 12589). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Church (2212 US-44, Gardiner, NY 12525).
