He is survived by: his close friend Kevin Murray; his son Rudy Duarte; his daughter-in-law Julia Duarte; and his grandson Luca Duarte.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home (414 Washington St, Peekskill, NY 10566). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at 250 South St, Peekskill, NY 10566. A procession was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Hillside Cemetery (1033 Oregon Rd, Cortlandt, NY 10567). A burial was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
