He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Perry (Linbarger). He is survived by: his wife Carol Perry (Scalzo); his children, Andrea Perry of Cumberland, RI and Steven Perry (Christine) of Garrison, NY; his sister Doris Mutell; and his grandchildren, Jessica Weinschenk, Eric Weinschenk and Shannon Perry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in George's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
