We bid farewell to Waldemar Schaefer Jr. of Garrison, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 13, 2025 at the age of 64. Waldemar touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Schaefer (Stewart). He is survived by: his father Waldemar Schaefer, Sr.; his children, Alex and Carolyn (Rajika Bhandari); his siblings, Glenn (Dawn), Rob, Steve (Ellecia) and Erica Plateroti (Rocky); and the mother of his children Linda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Wally's memory can be made to the Constitution Marsh Audubon Center and Sanctuary.
