She was predeceased by: her husbands, Douglas J. Welch and Harry Johnston; her son-in-law Stanley Miller; her siblings, Agnes Minnehan (Ed), Helen Morsch, Oleta Kipp (Frances), Gerald (Virginia), Joseph (Florence), Paul (Francis), Justin, Leo Morsch (Mary Ann) and Howard Welch (Fanny); her sister-in-law Madilene Peri; and her parents, Joseph Morsch and Kathryn Yohonn Morsch.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Scorsone (Peter) of Geneseo, Douglas Welch (Laura) of Boynton Beach, FL, Sandra Miller of Geneseo and Todd Welch (Judy) of Geneseo. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
