He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Bill, Mary Haley, Richard "Dick" and Patricia Bark; and his father Kevin V. Haley.

He is survived by : his mother Caroline Bark Haley; his sister Stacey Haley Chien (Jeff) of Geneseo; his niece Evelyn; and his nephews, Parker and Callen. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins.
