He is survived by: his sons, Donald Cuozzo, Jr. (Kim) and Gary Cuozzo (Tracey); his son-in-law Terry Mistretta; his grandchildren, Phillip Mistretta (Betsy), Morgan Flint (Caleb), Jordan Straub (Matt) and Thomas Cuozzo (Kali); and his great grandchildren, Sadie Lee Straub and Lucas Matthew Straub (Ruthann Burns).
