Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Kathleen Ragan of Geneseo, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away at the age of 67, on November 3, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Kubler and Patricia Morrow Kubler. She is survived by: her husband Steven Ragan; her children, Connor Ragan and Caroline Ragan; her sisters, Diane Giddings (Robert Hollis), Christine Bishop (David Bishop), Thomasina DeMaio (Thomas Munyer) and MaryJane Kubler (Karl Wirka); her siblings-in-law, Kathleen Crowe (Curtis) and Jonathan Ragan (Betty); her nieces and nephews, Rebecca Hauck, Shaunessy Giddings, Theresa Wanamaker, Taylor Ragan, Blair Novotny, Ellen Land, Michael Giddings, Matthew Bishop, Elliot Ragan, Max Wirka, Dossin Land and Wallace Kubler; her great-nieces, Gigi Wanamaker and Merrigan Giddings; and her great-nephew Lincoln Bishop.
