It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael L. DeFisher of Geneseo, New York, who passed away on January 12, 2026, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Michael L. DeFisher to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Linwood DeFisher and Florence DeFisher; and his son Jason DeFisher. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Pautienus DeFisher; his children, Bill Kharchenko and Christine Conklin; his grandson Lochlan; and his siblings, Kathy Nye (Robin), Lynne Hunt, Robert DeFisher (Joyce) and Eugene DeFisher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, close friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Michael's memory may be directed to Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10306.
