She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendell Bell and Ruth Bell (Ketchum). She is survived by: her husband John F. McGinnis; her children, Patrick McGinnis (Kelly) and Wendy Haynes (Shelby); her sisters, Marilyn O'Connell (Dennis), Carol Lincoln (Bruce) and Becky Locke (Ray); and her grandchildren, Sammi McGinnis and Ruth Dalton. She is also survived by her sisters and granddaughters.
