The memory of Barbara Gunio (Geneva, New York), who passed away on December 24, 2025 at the age of 92, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Barbara may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Hershey and Ethel Hershey (Millerd); her husband Frederick Gunio; and her brother Edward Hershey. She is survived by: her children, Kim Gunio of Canandaigua, Charles Gunio of Canandaigua and Jennifer Pulver (Kirk) of Middlesex; her grandchildren, Frederick Pulver, Johanna Pulver and Elizabeth Pulver; and her sister-in-law Olivia Hershey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
