She is survived by: her daughters, Dionne Carey (Steve), Kelly Zona and Grace Jensen (Dan Rapini); her grandchildren, Dionne Bortz (Travis), Kyle Carey (Lora), Gregory Carey (Sarah) and Laurena Jensen (Tim Blowers); her great grandchildren, Landyn Carey, Wyatt Freelove and Emerson Bortz; her siblings, Jerry Haust (Dorothy) and Phyllis Haddox (John); and her sister-in-law Alice "Corky" Howard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
