She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale Simeone and Alice Simeone (Esposito); her sons, Thomas, Patrick and Theodore III; and her brothers, Vincent, Louis, Carmen, Michael, John and Anthony Simeone.
She is survived by: her children, Juanita Lambert (Ernesto "Michael" Amaro) of Geneva and Timothy Quillen (Karen) of Louisiana; her grandchildren, Dawn Gilly, Michael Gilly, Theodore Quillen IV, Alicia Quillen, Anthony Quillen and Kailee Quillen; her great grandchildren, Arcely Quillen, Julian Quillen, Tyler Quillen, Theodore Quillen V and Caroline Quillen; and her great great grandchildren, Leo Solis and Camila Solis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
