He is survived by: his wife Liz Michaels; his children, Sarah (Adam Michaels), Christine Gravitte Bayless, Stephen, David (Gregory Gravitte), Ashley Gravitte Pitts and Joseph (Anthony Gravitte); and his siblings, Julie Howard, Eve Moses, Thomas and Abbey Michaels. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
