Frances Cooper Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Cooper of Geneva, New York, who passed away on October 10, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis McCormick and Beatrice McCormick (Babcock); her husband Richard William Cooper; and her brothers-in-law, David Voigt and Jack Slatoff.

She is survived by: her children, Daphne Moschiano of Geneva, Monica Stevens (Joe) of Waterloo, Christopher Cooper (Janie Carte) of Ohio and Laura Davis (Robert) of Ohio; her grandchildren, Joshua Kime (Alexis Weldy), Abbigail Kime, Gabrielle Kime (Conor Mathews), Emily Stevens, Bryan Stevens, Zaid Abueteen and Mazin Abueteen; her siblings, Suzanne Voigt of Geneva, Mary Slatoff of Massachusetts, Catherine Hardy (Clyde) of Massachusetts and Edward McCormick (Joanne) of Massachusetts; and her friend Gina Dalton of Geneva. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews and great-nieces & great-nephews.
