He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene and Lucille; his stepmother Lucy; and his parents-in-law, Stanley Chizinski and Dottie Chizinski.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Geoffrey Taras and Jamie Farrell (Zach); his granddaughters, Grace, Zoey and Stella Farrell; and his siblings, Steve (Jeanie), Eugene, Tracey (Don Lagger), Lynne and Jackie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeVaney-Bennett Funeral Home (181 N Main St, Geneva, NY 14456). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Stephen's Catholic Church (48 Pulteney St, Geneva, NY 14456).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Jim Dooley Center for Early Learning or The Geneva Happiness House.
