Lois Ann leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Lois Ann’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Lois Ann will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ord Levine Judson and Catherine Marie Hardin Judson; her husband Richard Barber; her former husband Joseph Harold Thornton; her son Christopher A. Thornton; and her great grandchild Kayvon Townsend.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Dyer (Ricky Brant) of Bloomingdale, Georgia, Sherry Rowe (Willie) of Hubert, Dawn Andre (Ernie) of Geneva, Joey Thornton (Tammy) of Jesup, Georgia and Tony Thornton (Cynthia) of Jesup, Georgia; her stepson Edwin Barber (Sandy) of Milton, Washington.; and her close friend Beverly Girardi of Canton, Pennsylvania.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
