He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Peters and Mary Ann Peters (Doody); his siblings, Dennis, Timothy and Kathleen; his nephew Dennis; his grandparents, Arthur, Doris Doody, Leonard and Olga Peters; and his aunts and uncles, Oliver Appleton, John Doody, Katharine McCallum, Howard, Ruth Peters, Alice French, Shirley D'Arduini, Betty and Gary Pappert.
He is survived by: his son Nicholas (Matt); his daughter-in-law Megan; his grandchildren, Olivia and Nathan; his siblings, Michael (Mary Jo), John (Joan), Teresa Cupelli (Tony), Marianne Williamson (Bruce), Margaret and Mary Doris Diehl (Stephen); his aunt Norma Doody; and his uncle Ben D'Arduini. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Matt's memory may be made to the Geneva YMCA.
