Phyllis M. George Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis M. George of Geneva, New York, born in Auburn, New York, who passed away on October 14, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Parisi and Josephine Parisi (Patti); her husband Abraham George; her son Marc George; and her brother Frank Paris.

She is survived by: her children, Michael George (Mary Lou) of Stanley, David George (Margaret) of Webster, Stephen George of Greece, Michelle George-Mason (James), Daniel George of Estero, FL and Matthew George (Jennifer) of Eagan, MN; her brother John Paris (Gloria) of Seneca Falls; her sister-in-law Ethel Peters (Paul) of Geneva; her grandchildren, Leah VanScott (David), Jason George (Angela), Bryon George (Jennifer), Alexander George (Sarah), Adam Michaels (Christina), Marc Mason, Erik Mason, Josephine George and Samuel George; and her great grandchildren, Alana, Gia, Braxton, Nadia, Bryson, Dominick, Jackson, Nicholas and Marilena. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Those in attendance must wear a mask and follow the rules of social distancing. In honoring the family's wishes, the funeral service will be private.

John Jabara wrote a sympathy message

“To my dear friend Matthew and all of your family, I am very sorry to hear about your mom's passing. We have so many fond memories growing up together, our parents always helping out at church, especially with all the dinners! Those and many more memories will always remain.
