She is survived by: her sons, John Fabrizio, Jr. (Rhonda), Patrick Fabrizio and Robert Fabrizio (Mary); her sister-in-law Beverly Fabrizio; her grandchildren, Dr. John Fabrizio III, Christine Vigliotti (Peter) and Steven Fabrizio (Courtney); and her great grandchildren, Violet, Cole and Harper. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
