Oliver-Tillman (Geneva, New York), born in Penn Yan, New York, who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Velma Lauwaert. She is survived by: her husband John Tillman; her siblings, Brenda Oliver and William Lauwaert (Lilla Weeks); and her siblings' children, Courtney, Emily Landuyt and William Lauwaert, Jr..
